Joint Vehicle Purchase/Use

I'm keen to start a Group for Joint Vehicle Purchase & use. I'm looking for 5/7 people who would be interested in discussing this scheme. It would mean an initial investment of around £ 5/700 & an annual fee of maybe  £ 100 - provide own insurance & fuel. Use would be around 50 days a year, taken in days/half days/weekends/weeks etc.
