Sorry for the delay, I won't mention their name but they have apparently been around a very long time, anyways I continue to use you on a local basis and the driver in question has apparently left, in the meantime I will continue to use the other company for airports and long distance even if its just for five years, thanks for your reply.

Not one I would use again
I was let down by Abbeys so decided to use another local Taxi firm, I must say they did turn up on time and the car was pretty clean and tidy, but I was charged £120 to take me to the airport, the driver seemed to drive about 100mph down the M4 which made me feel very uncomfortable, once I got back from my trip I was talking to a friend and he recommended me another firm within the town that charged just £85, gave them a go 2 weeks ago and I must say that the saying 'cheap and cheerful' does not come to mind, the car was in top shape, clean & tidy, friendly driver and they were even there in arrivals once I got back, and even drove around the speed limit, I would only use this firm if the other one was not available, shame.

I paid for a business associate to travel from Heathrow to Bristol recently with a London cab firm and recieved an invoice for £330, we try and price the longer trips as cheap as possible but we also need to survive as a business. I started taxi driving 15 years ago and my old boss used to charge £110 then so i dont think £120 is unreasonable, i would be interested to see if this firm you used is still trading in five years time. Regarding the 100mph, this cannot be excused so i would ask you to contact me direct so i can establish who the driver was and discipline him or her accordingly. Perfect!
I am a student and often use Ezy's Taxi's to take my friends and I from Bristol to Chippenham after a night out. I am happy to say i have never been let down by this company. They have always arrived on time in clean, comfortable cars and have always been friendly and polite. As I use Ezy's a lot I take full advatage of their half price taxi offer. This makes their affordable prices even lower. I have had very bad experiences when using other taxi firms, one new firm in Chippenham in particular, as the driver decided he didnt want the fare half way through and verbally abused my friends and I, forcing us to leave the taxi in the middle of nowhere. Ezy's however, has drivers who go the extra mile to help you, drivers like Graham. He has often picked us up and has always displayed the best customer service I have ever received. I will always use Ezy's Taxi's as no other firm compares.

Never let me down
I have been using this cab firm since they started and they have never let me down. All the drivers are polite and helpful and take pride in what they do. These guys have worked really hard to provide a good service that you can rely on. Good work Ezy's, keep it up.

Not again
Have only used them twice after moving from another firm that had let me down a number of times, these do the same, I booked a taxi for the early hours of the morning and was let down, it never showed up, missed my train and had to take another one, I booked the day after to give them a fair go and this time they showed up 5 minutes late, the guy turned up in a dirty cab, some very large guy in a silver peugeot, well when we got to the station the price was £1.20 over what I normally pay, since then I have used another firm, top quality and clean cars.

This is obviously not acceptable and as we have no record of this happening i would like to personally investigate what happened. Comfortable, helpful, and affordable
These guys are lovely, possibly the friendliest taxi drivers ever! They take great pride in their work what with them effectively saving the business they once worked for, so you know that they're doing this because they love it. They are prompt and always willing without asking to help with your shopping or you luggage. Highly recommended.
