I think this pub will always hold fun memories for me, because it was my first local. We used to go there every Friday night for a pint and many games of pool!!
There's always a friendly atmosphere in here, and I have to say it feels a little like a second home when I go back there.
On the negative side, it is a little out of town and could do with a refurb, but they still draw the crowds with good live music events at weekends, so it's worth a look.
