Excellent service and customer care

I have always been very nervous going to the dentists having had issues and problems with my teeth and gums. However, I am so glad I found this practice as I now have a completely different view. I have undergone a fair amount of treatments including gum surgery and orthodontic work over the last 3 years and have full trust in Dr Tromp and his team. At each stage I have been very well informed and the level of care has been fantastic. I am so pleased with the results and know I now have much healthier teeth and gums. In fact I actually enjoy going to the dentists now which is something I never thought I would say! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

    Welcoming and freindly faces

       

    It is so nice to be greeted with a welcoming and friendly face. Dr.Tromp and his staff make me feel quite special during my consultations. I am 54 years old and am having my teeth straightened with invisuline. All throughout the procedure they have been knowledgable, experienced and have answered all my questions fully, making me feel relaxed and confident. Today Dr.Tromp praised me on doing so well and that the procedure was going to plan. this is one of the things i like about the practice, praise when it is due. I would like to thank both Dr. Tromp and Catrike for all their help and support. I look forward to the day when my teeth are finished and straight.

    Excellent patient Care

       

    I came to see Dr Tromp in February , after having a very bad abcess and felt that the care or lack of it from my previous dentist was going to cost me all my teeth and my smile, i am so glad that i decided to come to Dr Tromp the work that he has carried out along with his amazing team of people has been second to none , some one who actually cares about my teeth and what i want !! I would recommend this practice to anyone truely amazing thank you Dr Tromp and team for an excellent job !!

    Fantastic customer care

       

    I have been with Dr.Tromp and his friendly team for over a year now. I came to them after a painful abcess after poor filling work done by another dentist. Having always been with the NHS I was sceptical. I am now having orthodontic work done which I was very nervous about initially. I've been wearing braces for a year now and my teeth are already looking and feeling a lot better. The team really are first class and I've not experienced a dentist like it. I am very pleased I made the move.
    If you are tired of waiting around, people forgetting who you are and not really picking up on essential care of your teeth then think about what you are missing out on!!
    If you really care about your teeth - visit a team that really care!

    The best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Tromp and his team helped me to overcome my dental phobia and addressed every problem I had, step by step. Using modern techniques and materials, he gave me back my oral health, greatly improved the look of my teeth and I can now smile with confidence at last!
