TK Maxx and KFC Coming To Chippenham?

I've heard several people in the town over the past few days saying that KFC and TK Maxx will be the next retailers to come to Chippenham.
Apparently TK Maxx, the discount clothes store, will fill part of the old Woolworths building, which has been partly filled by Costa coffee and Poundland. And KFC will set up out of town near B & Q.
What do you think about this? Will it help revive the town centre? A year ago the high street was looking far more depressing with several empty shops. But a few more have popped up lately and Waitrose will be moving in by the Spring.
I noticed yesterday that work has already started in the current New Look store, which will house the upmarket supermarket.
Is the town centre looking better? What sort of ships would you like to see in the town? And let us know if you've heard different rumours!

Really aint keen on the kfc thing, but if its away from town then that's not as bad I guess. I think we have too many fast food places near the centre of such a small town.
Tk maxx, don't really have an opinion on, guess its good that there's a little more choice in chippenham, good for chippenham!
Waitrose is news to me, but sounds ace. Wish there was an asda here like, but I like some of the products you get from waitrose, again it adds a little choice which will be good for the town!
