It's high time this town had proper Bobbie's on the beat, instead of the farcical P.C.S.O.'s, who have no powers of arresting anyone! If you go to Chippenham Police station at night, you first have to pick up the phone by entrance, dial 1, which puts you in touch with Melksham Police station, in order to get in touch with those inside Chippenham station?! It's utter madness!! >:(
