Free Garden Open Day On Sunday

A selection of Chippenham's finest gardens will be open to the public on Sunday as part of a charity fundraising open day.

A private garden behind the Angel Hotel at Sweetbriars Cottage will be open to the public showcasing over ½ acre of walled garden recently restored, planted with ornamental and fruit trees. 

Described as 'A tranquil wildlife haven in a town centre' the garden has been lovingly restored by a private owner but for one day only will be open to enjoy.

Two other gardens, one on Ladyfield Road and another on Hungerdown Lane will also be open and admission costs £3.50 for entry to all three.
