Have a flipping good time in Chippenham on Pancake Day

On your marks and get set for Chippenham's annual Pancake Day Races in the Market Place.

Chippenham Town Council will be holding the event.
The Pancake Day race will be held in Chippenham's town centre on Tuesday, 12, February 2013 at 11am.
There will be races for all ages and local businesses in Chippenham are also encouraged to take part. Entry is free for the event however teams will have to provide their own pancake and frying pan.
Chippenham Town Council will be organising the event with the Town Mayor, Councillor Andy Phillips announcing the start of each race.
Prizes will also be handed to the winning teams and individuals.
Prize for the winner is an engraved frying pan and second place will receive a jar of maple syrup.
Tourism, Events and PR Manager, Emma King said: "The pancake race is one of the most popular annual events in Chippenham and always well supported. It is lots of fun and this year will be no exception!"
