Sainsburys needs more carpark not more shop! If they do this, presumably it means less carpark and more shop.
They could also increase their sales by making sure they buy more 2 pint full fat milk and less 4/6pint bottles.
I often try to go in and either give up in the carpark or, get in and can't get 2 pint milk so go off elsewhere to do my shopping. There is always loads of big bottles of milk on the shelves, that would just go off before I could use it..

I gave up on sainsburys over a year ago. For the most part I use the shop in Queens Cresent as its within easy walking distance, and have all the basics I need, including milk in TWO pint bottles!

That along with using the green grocers in the town center, and Allington farm shop for any meat purchases, I find that I waste less and its cheeper than Sainsburys or even Morrisons.
