Is it me, or has the quality of the Gazette and Herald gone downhill over the past few years? On Thursday's, I used to get a buzz, knowing it was 'Gazette day' & race back home from the shop to read it! Not any more though. The content is often of a very poor standard, with spelling mistakes & errors very common. There seems to be more & more space devoted to advertising as well.

Come on G&H.........SORT IT OUT!!!

Couldn't agree more Duckie. I can't remember last time I read something interesting there. it's all ads and the news isn't news anymore. I rarely buy it these days, saves me 60 odd pence.

Absolutely. Also The Wiltshire Times, they are owned by the same news group and have the same editor. My biggest moan is reporting non stories, that is using an attention grabbing headline then when you read on and you find the story is nothing to do with the headline in fact the events covered hardly warranted a story at all.
