Moving to Chippenham - Help

In our search for “something better” it looks like we are finally on the move in a South Westerly direction and heading towards Chippenham where a new job awaits in a few weeks time. We are looking for somewhere to rent (cheap) or even to temporarily park up a caravan where our dog, three cats and four chickens would also be welcome. A small cottage and or piece of land in the countryside for us, our animals and a veggie patch is all we are looking for. Please, does anyone have any ideas or contacts ?

there is a mobile caravan site / park in Chippenham., This has to worth a phone call for sure. Try these people:

They are approx 2 miles from the town centre. There is another place on the A350 betwwen chippenham and the m4, it looks like a private house but has an awful lot of mobile caravans parked in its fields. Maybe they over winter vans there....? Never seen a name or phone number there, so you may need to search some more on storage and A350 / chippenham.

Marha unfortunately Plough Lane Caravan Site is an "adults only" (sounds a bit wrong but I think I know what they mean). Many thanks for the lead anyway.
