Looks like two more shops may bite the dust. Peacocks in administration and books and puzzles to close

Parsons Bakery is opening soon in the High Street (in the old Milky Shakes shop).

Surprise surprise, Books & Puzzles didn't close down after all. If I remember correctly this was a usual occurrence when they were in Borough Parade.
Walk past one day and it was all 'Closing down sale everything must go', few weeks later fully stocked and no closing down sale.
Don't get me wrong, I'm glad they are still trading, but these fake sales are a con.

Just walked through town centre this afternoon, although another shoe shop "Pavers" is opening soon "Books & Puzzles" are Closing Down again!

Pavers, just we need Yet another Shoe shop! Some variety would be nice. If I had the money, would open a shop specialising in Rare and second hand Vinal Records! But it's likely to remain a dream!
