Has anyone else in Chippenham, not yet received their Blue Lidded re-cycle bin? if you life in a flat, there is a good chance that either you don't have one at all, or have just one between many of you.

In out case, we have one between six.

This is because the council has gone ahead with this plan, despite them realising that many flats, simply do not have the space to store another large bin. SSo what are we supposed to do, when you change to fortnightly collections!
